Old but OK

After all the horror reviews I did not expect much at all but for the price it was quite ok. Due to a ferry delay I got there in the middle of the night and was really happy that the reception was open..

It is true that the rooms look old. My room had a balcony with no view.

Fairly good for the money and location

The attention to costumer was excellent, food was good most of the time, great location, clean rooms.

my bed broke down suddenly but fortunately we got attention quickly and bed was replaced for a good one. Our Mattress had yellow stain marks, probably by semen or sweat. The building looks a bit old inside though still good and running.

We got what we expected

We got what we expected. The breakfast and the pool were really pleasant. The beautiful beach is really close! The size of the room was all right for one week stay. They took care on the cleanness.

I think a fridge (or at least a mini bar) and a hairdrier, which is working and not 50 years, old should be basic in this category for this price.

Value for money for an incredible location!

It was a fantastic location (a couple of minutes walk to the beach) Staff were very friendly Great value for money

It is dated and could do with a bit of a revamp. However, for the price and the location can’t really complain Food was OK and had a good, varied selection. However, some of the food looked like it had been sat there for a little while. But staff were seen replenishing with fresh so may have been some choices were more popular than others.

Very Good

The staff were wonderful! The room was basic but spacious and a lovely comfy bed! The pool was lovely and the free ping pong was great! SUP hire fantastic value and only 5 min walk to lovely beach! The Coffee at breakfast was great! Didn't use the bar much but no complaints! Food wasn't great but managed to find something decent enough every morning and evening, for the price hard to complain! Overall pleasant stay in lovely location great value for money!

Walls quite thin so can hear neighbours a lot! €2 for a game of pool is a bit steep but the table was nice! Food wasn't hot enough at any point, really need to improve this! €3 a day for safe in room!

The hotel fulfilled our expectations and was ideal for our needs

The Hotel was in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable with a decent sized balcony and a very decent pool was available for guests.

I sampled the breakfast on the first day and chose to eat elsewhere after that. Not that it was that bad, but I found better somewhere else.

Great place to spend your vacation in Alcudia!

Great location and helpful staff with decent facilities. The breakfast is quite good!

Nothing specific, though one funny story (we think) is that the janitor gave us half toilet paper rolls (probably from other rooms?).

Great location right in the centre

Room was basic but comfortable. Small fridge would have nice but only available as an expensive option.

The definition of a 3 star hotel. You get what you paid for;

I believe for the cost of the hotel, it is a good option to stay a couple of days. The breakfast is good and the staff at the restaurant is very polite and pleasant. The room was always clean too;

The air conditioner of the room DID NOT work for 3 days; surviving mallorca's heat without air is very hard. The staff at the front desk was a bit rude and unhelpful. The toilet flush DID NOT work for 2 days.

The hotel location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day.

Our room was on the 1st floor and we could hear noise from street that was very loud. The shower was not the best but it was clean and offered all what we needed.

The hotel rooms were outdated and made you feel depressed to stay in the rooms only had one pillow. The room did not have a fridge and we were billed 45 euros to have one in the room which in 35 degree heat we needed it

It was clean and very close to IM event

The noise of what must be the cleaners trolly on the tiled floor well into the early hours. Like here luggage being rolled out continuously.
